General Setup Instructions

ACM Downtown Bay City Market Day is Saturday from 9am to 4pm!
We are located at 1700 7th St. Bay City, TX

You have to be set up and in your booth no later than 8:45am.

General Info

Setup HOurs

Setup runs Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM, and you’re welcome to get started earlier if you prefer. Booth numbers are marked on small copper coins embedded in the sidewalk. Your space is in the grass bordered by the sidewalk on two sides and begins either to the left or right of your coin, depending on your assigned booth number.

What’s Provided at Your Booth

We keep things simple. Your booth fee covers the booth space itself and access to electricity at your spot. We don’t provide tables, chairs, tents, or any setup equipment. You’ll want to bring your full setup, including your tent, tables, chairs, displays, and anything else you need for the day.

Check-In and Unloading Procedures

When you arrive at the market, if you already know where your booth is, feel free to head straight to your space, unload, and get set up. If you’re unsure of your location, call Josh at 361-266-5226 or 361-314-2226 and he’ll guide you to your booth and get you checked in.

You’re welcome to pull up behind your booth to unload. Once you’re finished, please move your vehicle to one of the designated vendor parking areas marked in green on the image below. Vehicles cannot remain in front of booths, as those spaces are reserved for customers only.

Parking

Vendors should park outside the blocks between Avenue G, Avenue F, I-35 & 6th Street. Those areas are customer-only parking zones.

Vendors can park on:

  • 6th Street east of Avenue G and west of Avenue F
  • Avenue G south of 6th Street
  • The parking lot behind the old Wells Fargo building just north of I-35
  • Avenue F south of 6th Street
  • The northeast parking lot just past I-35

Please check the map for reference. Green areas are vendor parking. Blue areas are for customers only.

Some rules

If you need to leave early please discuss it with ACM Texas. If you leave without letting us know you will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file.

Make sure you pick up your trash and use the provided trash cans throughout the market. There will be a trash disposal fee of $20 if at the end of the market when we are going around cleaning and we see any zip ties, cigarette butts, bottle caps, or any other personal trash items in your booth space.

Be Kind & Courteous to customers and your fellow vendors.

Please do not leave your booth unattended, we do not want you to lose any products while attending our market. If you do need to leave for a moment ask a neighbor or give us a call and let us know so we are aware.

There are porta a potties on the corners of 6th & Avenue F / I-35 and Avenue G, please do your best to keep those clean when you use them.
