Parking is available on-site and behind your booth. You can also find your booth # at the bottom of any emails you receive and in the text messages we send out on Wednesday and Thursday, the week of the market.
Setup Times (There is Overnight Security On Site)
3-Day Vendors and 2-Day (Fri/Sat) Vendors:
Thursday: 12:00 PM till 12:00 AM
Friday: 12:00 AM till 8:45 AM
2-Day (Sat/Sun) and 1-Day Vendors:
Friday: After 4:00 PM till 12:00 AM
Saturday: 12:00 AM till 8:45 AM
We bring the crowd and the energy that makes this market special. You bring your tables, chairs, tents, and anything else you need to set up and shine. Let’s make it a fun, busy, and successful market for everyone!
Electric Vendors
Electricity must be purchased in advance. We only have two generators, so we need to plan your spot to make sure your booth, food truck, or tent is within reach.
If you purchased electricity, bring at least 100 ft of heavy-duty extension cord. A backup cord and power strip are also recommended. Keep cords protected and out of walkways whenever possible.
Limited 110V and 220V power is available. Food trucks and tents needing power must contact us ahead of time to confirm availability and their electrical needs.
Food trucks and tents may bring their own quiet generators only.
Setup Times
Please take all booth trash directly to the dumpster behind the bathrooms in the center of the market.
Do NOT use the small market trash cans — those are for customers only.
Help us keep the market clean and welcoming for everyone!
Food Trucks/Tents DO NOT USE THE TRASH CANS in the food court area! There is a big dumpster behind the portapotties, and DO NOT DUMP YOUR OIL ON THE GROUNDS! You can also put that in a container in the dumpster
Parking Info
Vendors located on the outside or inside of our circle may park one to two vehicles directly behind their booths, depending on space availability and booth placement.
Please try to leave all public parking spaces in the front behind the market open for customers.
This helps keep traffic moving smoothly and makes it easier for shoppers to access vendor booths.
Weather Prep (Rain or Shine)
3rd Coast Market Days happens rain or shine, so come prepared!
- Drop your tent as far down as you can and then secure it nice and tight!
- Bring tent weights (at least 40 lbs per leg recommended).
- Have tarps, sides, or covers ready for light rain or wind.
- Secure signage and displays — coastal breezes can be strong.
- Keep electrical connections elevated and protected from moisture.
