What We’ve Invested Into the Market
We added the large vendor tents at a cost of $6,000 monthly (nearly $10,000 today) to keep customers comfortable so they stay longer and shop more. We expanded security hours, adding Thursday night so vendors who need early setup can start setting up before the weekend begins. We also brought on Josh and Nate to be present and responsive throughout the market to support vendors and keep operations running smoothly.
Operational improvements include adding dumpsters, installing security cameras, and modifying the layout to increase vendor parking. We also maintain or exceed $4,000 per month in Facebook advertising to maintain and grow market attendance.
These investments are paying off.
